Job summary

Waters Corporation seeks a Sr. Principal, Change Management to lead organizational change strategies within the Enterprise Transformation portfolio. This hands-on senior role partners with program leaders and the enterprise CoE to ensure adoption sticks across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.

You will drive readiness, communications, and training for complex PLM initiatives, delivering measurable value and executive visibility in Waters’ near-term transformation program.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive change management experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale transformations.
• Experience with a Change Management CoE and enterprise frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent change workstreams in a matrix environment.
• Deep expertise in structured change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
• Strong business acumen and ability to link adoption to value realization.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead tailored change strategies using the enterprise CoE framework.
• Lead change for PLM implementation and R&D portfolio redesign across multiple teams.
• Engage senior leaders to fulfill sponsorship roles and surface risks early.
• Assess readiness, impacts, sequencing, and pacing of programs.
• Develop audience-specific communications and ensure alignment with corporate messaging.
• Oversee targeted training and build internal capability for sustained adoption.
• Define adoption metrics and report on change health with recommendations.
