Job summary

Waters Corporation seeks a Sr. Principal, Change Management to lead organizational change across major transformation programs, embedding the enterprise CoE framework into designs, and ensuring adoption across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive change management experience including 5+ years leading change on complex transformation programs
• Experience with Change Management CoE frameworks and adapting them to program contexts
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent change workstreams across a transformation portfolio
• Deep expertise in structured change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) with the ability to adapt in complex environments
• Strong business acumen and ability to link adoption to value realization
• Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills with senior leaders
• Experience modeling adoption metrics beyond activity completion
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and formal change management credential

Responsibilities

• Design and lead tailored change strategies using the enterprise CoE framework
• Lead change management for PLM implementation and related R&D process redesigns across multiple teams
• Engage senior leaders and sponsors, surfacing resistance and risks early
• Assess people, process, role, and technology impacts and advise on sequencing
• Develop audience-specific communication strategies aligned with business outcomes
• Oversee targeted, measurable training integrated into adoption plans
• Define and track adoption metrics and report on change health
• Contribute insights to the Change Management CoE to improve enterprise framework
