Qualifications

• The candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information systems, supply chain, or related field and 8+ years of program management experience.
• Certifications such as PMP or PgMP, Agile, Lean, or similar are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives with business, IT, and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM programs from initiation through execution, go-live, stabilization, and value realization.
• Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependency maps, and delivery status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to align scope, schedule, quality, and outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change readiness, communications, training, and adoption planning.
• Ensure PLM processes align with SAP S/4HANA, Quality Management, Document Management, and ERP-connected workflows.
• Monitor delivery performance and lead continuous improvement actions based on metrics and business value.
