Job summary

Clarios is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to lead transformation across the Customer Success organization and Connected Services portfolio. You will design change strategies, partner with cross-functional teams, and champion adoption of new technologies and processes to drive customer value.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder influence, and proficiency with change management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in change management or organizational development roles.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to clearly articulate change strategies and adapt messaging.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change strategies to drive internal adoption and improve customer experience.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business objectives.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify risks, turning challenges into engagement opportunities.
• Coach leaders to champion change behaviors that improve customer relationships and deliver measurable results.
• Lead workshops and dynamic communications to inform and engage stakeholders.
• Measure and optimize change programs to ensure adoption translates into better outcomes for customers.
