Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager to drive people and culture aspects of our internal programs. You will design change strategies to engage, motivate, and accelerate adoption of a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem.

You will lead stakeholder analyses, craft communications, and measure impact while partnering with senior leaders to ensure alignment and successful delivery across the Finance Transformation portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
• 7+ years of change management/communications experience in strategic transformations.
• Ability to design and execute change management strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% and remote work when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for data-driven strategies.
• Build leadership alignment plans to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities with SMEs and leadership.
• Measure effectiveness of change interventions and optimize adoption.
• Regularly report activity status to program leadership and escalate risks.
