Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an experienced AI solution lead to drive development and deployment of AI-enabled finance and business solutions for large enterprises. You will connect client needs with technical delivery teams and guide design from conception through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience with software development using Python or similar coding languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch for customers.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience using Python and SQL to develop analytics, ML, data engineering, or automation solutions in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
• Experience architecting generative and agentic AI solutions across infrastructure, model, and application layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development and deployment and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Serve as a techno-functional bridge between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Lead small engagements within larger programs to design and implement AI-enabled solutions for large enterprises.
• Translate client needs into clear AI design requirements and provide guidance throughout development and deployment.
• Engage clients to identify high-impact AI use cases and shape value cases and solution designs.
• Perform AI-enabled diagnostics to inform solution architecture and decisions.
• Define scope and delivery plans and manage architecture through execution and review.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and mentor team members.
