Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
• 7+ years of experience in change management or communications for strategic transformations.
• Experience designing change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Limited travel required (approximately 10-20%), with some remote work when not co-locating.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage execution of change management strategies for large-scale initiatives.
• Perform stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to guide strategies.
• Build leadership alignment plans to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications to drive understanding and adoption of changes.
• Measure intervention effectiveness and evolve plans to optimize adoption.
• Report activity status to program leadership and escalate risks as needed.
