Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in change management or communications related to strategic transformations.
• Experience designing and executing change management strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage execution of change management strategies for the Finance Transformation program.
• Perform stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to guide data-driven strategies.
• Build leadership alignment plans to drive sponsor engagement across Finance and leadership.
• Develop and deliver communications to drive understanding and adoption of changes.
• Measure effectiveness of interventions and evolve plans to improve adoption outcomes.
• Report status to program leadership and escalate risks or issues as needed.
