Deloitte's Finance Transformation group seeks a Strategic Change Manager to lead people and culture efforts for a large-scale Finance Transformation program, including an AI-powered, human-led finance ecosystem. You will design change strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption across finance and business teams.

We value 7+ years in change management, strong communication, and the ability to steer projects in matrix organizations. Travel 10-20% and remote work possible; MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in change management and/or communications related to strategic transformations.
• Experience designing and executing change management strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Limited travel (10-20%) and ability to work remotely when not co-locating.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies for large-scale programs.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for data-driven strategies.
• Build and manage leadership alignment to drive executive buy-in.
• Deliver communications and engagement activities to drive adoption of changes.
• Measure intervention effectiveness and evolve plans to optimize adoption.
• Regularly report progress to program leadership and escalate risks.
