Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Transformation group is seeking a Strategic Change Manager to lead the people and culture aspects of a large internal program and other Finance Transformation initiatives.

You will design change strategies, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with leadership to drive adoption of an AI-powered finance ecosystem and related initiatives across the Finance Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
• 7+ years of experience in change management or communications for strategic transformations.
• Ability to design and execute change management strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Limited travel (10–20%) and potential remote work when not co-locating.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute change management strategies and plans for large-scale programs to accelerate ROI and reduce adoption risk.
• Perform stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to drive data-driven strategies.
• Build leadership alignment plans to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities with SMEs and leadership.
• Measure effectiveness with defined metrics and continuously optimize adoption.
• Report activity status to program leadership and escalate risks as needed.
