Job summary

Kenway Consulting is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide large, regulated transformations for life sciences and healthcare clients. You will own the change management workstream from case for change through adoption, partnering with sponsors and leaders to drive successful outcomes.

You will mentor teams, shape OCM methodology, and contribute to Kenway’s broader practice. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and portfolio level impact across diverse client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications in related fields preferred.
• Deep expertise across the full change lifecycle, including case for change, impact assessment, strategy and planning, and communications.
• Familiarity with life sciences and healthcare regulatory considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Strategy & Execution, including building the case for change, readiness assessments, sponsorship model, and adoption plan.
• Develop and execute communications plans to inform, engage, and mobilize stakeholders.
• Coach sponsors and leaders, run readiness assessments, and track adoption metrics to ensure change sticks.
• Design training curriculums and adoption roadmaps for enterprise life sciences platforms.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to Kenway’s Change practice across engagements.
