Job summary

Kenway Consulting, LLC. in Chicago seeks an experienced Change Management Lead to own the change workstream on client engagements, assess impact, and design strategy and communications plans to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

You will build client relationships, mentor teams, contribute to Kenway’s Change practice, and navigate life sciences and healthcare contexts, including FDA/EMA considerations and GxP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees/certifications preferred
• Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, LaMarsh)
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and executive communication
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy and execution including building the business case for change
• Conduct change impact assessments and design sponsorship/stakeholder plans
• Develop and implement communications plans and adoption metrics
• Coach and mentor project teams on change management practices
• Partner with regulatory, business, and technical stakeholders to align change initiatives
