ON Data Staffing is seeking a Principal Change Management Lead to support enterprise transformation programmes across data, analytics and artificial intelligence. This senior consulting role focuses on helping organisations adopt new technologies, processes and ways of working.

You will work directly with executive stakeholders, business leaders and delivery teams to develop change strategies, drive adoption, measure outcomes and ensure sustained benefits across large-scale technology

Qualificações

10+ years in change management, enterprise transformation or consulting.
Strong client-facing consulting with senior stakeholders.
Experience leading technology transformation programmes from discovery to adoption.
Practical use of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or CCMP methodologies.

Responsabilidades

Lead organisational change initiatives across enterprise technology and AI transformation programmes.
Develop change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and adoption roadmaps.
Conduct organisational readiness assessments and change impact analysis.
Facilitate executive workshops and support senior leadership alignment.
Design and deliver training, communications and enablement programmes.
Support the adoption of Generative AI, self-service analytics and modern data platforms.
Establish adoption metrics and monitor the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
Contribute to consulting proposals, client engagements and practice development.
