Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Manager, Change and Configuration Management to govern and continuously improve our enterprise Change Management program across NTN infrastructure. You will lead governance, risk assessment, and CAB/ECAB processes to minimize customer impact and ensure operational resilience for satellite, ground systems, cloud, and network services.

The role requires 7+ years in Change Management and leadership experience in telecommunications or space operations, with ITIL-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, CS, Engineering or Business.
• 7+ years in Change Management or Service Management.
• Experience with ITIL-based practices and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Change Management policies, standards, and controls.
• Lead CAB/ECAB processes and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and communication.
• Coordinate governance across Engineering, Network Operations, Service Assurance, IT, Cybersecurity, Product, and Customer Operations.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and assess risks to NTN services.
