Job summary

ASR International seeks an experienced Senior Configuration Manager to lead the JCSE Configuration Management program, overseeing CMDB governance, baselines, change management, and CCB operations for enterprise IT and communications systems.

You will mentor CM personnel, coordinate RFCs, develop CM plans, and advise Government stakeholders to ensure ITSM and CM best practices across the enterprise lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years configuring management in enterprise IT/DoD environments (ten+ preferred).
• Active Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience developing and maintaining CMDB, CM plans, SOPs, and governance docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM program governance and continuous improvement for JCSE enterprise IT.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to CM personnel supporting contract operations.
• Manage CMDB items, relationships, baselines, and CI attributes; document changes.
