Job summary

You will work under a Change Manager to prepare stakeholders, communicate updates, and coordinate training and readiness activities, ensuring smooth go-lives and sustained user adoption.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and translating complex changes into user-focused materials for trading-related systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Change, HR, IT, or related field.
• 4–5 years of change management experience with technology implementations.
• Trading experience is required.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications planning and training coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate updates into user-friendly materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change plans and activities under the Change Manager or Lead.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live, hypercare, and adoption reinforcement.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and adoption actions; track readiness inputs.
• Identify risks, readiness concerns, and escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate with PMs, business leads, product owners, and SMEs on timing.
