Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a Wayne, PA based, on-site, permanent role. The CFO will lead the finance function in a private equity-backed environment, partnering with the CEO, ownership, and Board to drive growth, profitability, and enterprise value.

The ideal candidate will have proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience, a track record of EBITDA and cash-flow optimization, and strong FP&A, forecasting, and financial reporting skills, with experience in acquisitions

Responsibilities

• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Drive EBITDA improvement and working capital optimization.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Present financial results to leadership and Board.
