Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide financial strategy, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management across multiple locations. Reporting to the President and serving on the SLT, the CFO will partner with the Board to shape value creation and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience with domestic and international acquisitions and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
• Oversee financial management including accounting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
• Lead M&A activities, due diligence, integration planning, and capital allocation.
• Manage risk, compliance, and external reporting across multiple locations.
