The Bay Family of Companies in Green Bay, WI seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide financial strategy for a privately held manufacturing group. Reporting to the President and part of the SLT, you will steward accounting, forecasting, treasury, tax, risk, and M&A activities across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong public accounting foundation and a track record of building high-performing finance teams while partnering with leadership to drive profitable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, CFO or senior exec in multi-location manufacturing.
• Experience with domestic and international acquisitions, due diligence and integration.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills with Board exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to drive profitable growth and capital allocation.
• Oversee treasury, tax, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Lead finance transformation, ERP optimization, and IT partnerships.
• Evaluate acquisitions and lead due diligence, transaction support, and integration.
