Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental seeks a Chief Financial Officer in Aurora, IL to provide executive financial leadership and strategic advisory to the President and leadership team. The CFO oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, financial controls, and reporting, partnering with operational leaders to drive profitability and sustainable growth across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience within engineering, consulting, professional services, construction services, or other project-based businesses.
• Demonstrated success partnering with operational leaders to improve business performance and profitability.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant professional designation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Advise the President and leadership team on financial strategy, business performance, and organizational priorities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and financial reporting.
• Lead the financial onboarding and integration of acquired businesses, including KPI implementation.
• Establish finance function and governance across Fehr Graham and partner firms.
• Develop and mentor the finance team and build cross-functional relationships across the organization.
