Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience with engineering, consulting, or project-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to Fehr Graham and partner with the President and leadership team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Lead financial governance, controls, and reporting integrity across the organization.
• Manage acquisition integration and alignment of reporting, KPIs, and processes.
