Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in engineering, consulting, or project-based businesses.
• Demonstrated success partnering with operational leaders to improve profitability.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Advise the President and leadership on financial strategy and performance.
• Guide decisions that support revenue growth and profitability.
