Control Systems 21, a growing process control and industrial automation company, is seeking an experienced CFO to lead finance in a small-business growth environment in Dillsburg, PA. This hands-on leader will partner with operations to turn numbers into strategic actions and drive profitability.

The role requires deep financial expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor and develop the finance team while improving systems and reporting to support ambitious growth plans.

Formación

• 7+ years progressive accounting and financial management experience, preferably including CFO-level roles.
• Experience in privately held, small to mid-sized businesses is preferred.
• Expertise in job costing, project accounting and project profitability analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management.
• Experience in service, construction, installation, manufacturing or other project-based environments is preferred.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.
• Experience with pricing strategies and evaluation of project profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the company's accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.
• Develop timely and meaningful financial reporting for management insight.
• Maintain and improve job costing and project accounting analyses.
• Analyze profitability by project, customer, service line and product.
• Collaborate with operations to evaluate estimates, margins, and change orders.
• Develop financial models, KPIs and analytical tools to guide decisions.
• Provide financial analysis related to product development, pricing, margins and ROI.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and working capital.
• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasts.
• Establish internal controls, policies and procedures; coordinate with CPAs and banks.
