The CFO will lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partner with operations, develop KPIs, and mentor the finance team while shaping the finance function for scalable expansion.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• Experience as CFO/Controller or senior finance leader in a private company.
• Strong cost/project accounting and profitability analysis.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain job costing and project accounting, analyze costs and margins.
• Develop financial models, KPIs and management reporting.
• Support pricing strategies and evaluate project profitability.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, banking and working capital.
• Lead annual budgeting and provide ongoing forecasts.
• Mentor the accounting/finance team and improve processes.
