Job summary

Seres Smith Consulting seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to join the executive leadership team and direct all finance functions. The role focuses on strategic financial leadership, capital management, and risk oversight to enable sustained growth.

The CFO will guide budgeting, forecasting, lease accounting, debt planning, and board reporting while partnering with senior leaders to optimize profitability and scalability in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• MBA or CMA is a plus.
• 8+ years in progressive financial leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and drive capital management.
• Lead FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis.
• Oversee accounting, tax compliance, month-end close, and audit coordination.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, lease funding, and working capital.
• Maintain strong internal controls and governance in collaboration with legal/advisors.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team across functions.
