Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing finance including cost accounting, inventory accounting and product costing.
• Experience managing ESOPs or similar employee ownership programs preferred.
• ERP implementations and integrating finance with operations and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting for the company.
• Oversee accounting operations, GAAP compliance, and timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate with lenders, auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Lead ESOP and 401(k) plan administration and fiduciary oversight.
• Drive profitability through cost controls and working capital optimization.
