Job summary

Data Analysis Inc (DAI) in Plano, TX, seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s financial strategy and operations. The CFO will direct accounting, budgeting, tax, treasury, and insurance functions, shaping policies to ensure robust controls and alignment with business goals.

Reporting to the Chairman, the CFO will partner with the Board and senior executives to set long-range financial strategy, manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, and drive performance

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA credential (preferred).
• Extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and financial analysis.
• Experience at the corporate executive level

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational financial policies and strategies.
• Oversee accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Direct the controller function, including financial planning and reporting.
• Manage relationships with the financial and shareholder communities.
• Collaborate with senior executives and the Board of Directors on financial goals and strategies.
• Supervise and manage a team of 8 subordinate staff in day-to-day financial operations
