Job summary

Data Innovations is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and drive financial performance and long-term growth. This role blends finance leadership with operational breadth across PMO and Quality & Regulatory Affairs, supporting a lean, entrepreneurial culture and AI-enabled decision making.

The CFO will oversee FP&A, contracting, regulatory compliance, and global finance operations, while partnering with Roper Technologies on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS.
• Deep proficiency across accounting, FP&A, M&A, risk management, financial controls, contracting, and international operations.
• Proven track record scaling a SaaS business and navigating transformation.
• Exceptional team leadership and people development capabilities.
• AI-forward orientation; comfortable using AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset; able to manage ambiguity and drive results.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and a trusted strategic partner to the President & CEO.
• Provide leadership to Finance, Contracting, PMO, and Quality & Regulatory, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Drive global financial planning and analysis, including planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee financial statements, board reporting, and communications with leadership and parent company.
• Build scalable financial controls, policies, and processes for a growing SaaS business.
• Lead global Contracting, ensuring compliant and sound management of revenue contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across international operations (US, Brazil, Belgium, Hong Kong).
• Partner with corporate on M&A evaluation, due diligence, and integration.
