• WIP reporting experience.
• Experience in professional services (e.g., consulting/engineering/architecture) desirable.

• Advise ownership and senior leadership on financial and operational matters.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and treasury.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting and provide profitability insights.
• Develop and monitor financial and operational metrics for decisions.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and financial risk.
• Ensure integrity of reporting, internal controls and compliance.
• Partner with operations to improve efficiencies and profitability.
• Mentor and develop accounting/finance staff.
• Evaluate systems and reporting capabilities for improvements.
