The CFO will oversee a multi-entity nonprofit with a $13 million budget, manage a small finance team, and partner with executive leadership on strategic planning. Hybrid work with strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA preferred; nonprofit accounting leadership experience is critical.
• Experience building finance infrastructure and internal controls.
• Experience with fiscal sponsorship transitions and multi-entity accounting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the transition from fiscal sponsorship to independent operations.
• Build and enhance financial systems, controls, policies and reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, reporting and audits.
• Manage federal grants, compliance and audits.
• Support Board reporting and Finance Committee presentations.
• Partner with leadership on strategic growth and develop the finance team.
