Job summary

The CFO will oversee budgeting, cash management, and financial reporting, while ensuring robust internal controls and risk management across all units.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MS in accounting is required; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of financial management leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IFB Solutions’ long‑term financial strategy.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgeting process with budgets, forecasts and targets.
• Provide financial leadership to operating units to improve performance and resource use.
• Develop and monitor financial and operational performance metrics and reporting.
• Evaluate financial viability of existing and prospective opportunities and contracts.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity, banking relationships and investments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, nonprofit, and contracting requirements.
• Act as senior financial advisor to the CEO and Executive Team; brief the Board.
