Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of public accounting/management experience at a large corporation.
• Experience in leading and managing a finance team.
• Ability to research and implement new accounting policies consistent with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Responsibilities

• Work with the President to create and execute organizational strategy.
• Lead the accounting and finance function with a focus on excellence.
