You will steward budgeting, GAAP compliance, grants, audits, and vendor relations, while championing a mission‑driven culture and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to leadership and board.
• Lead annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning.
• Ensure nonprofit accounting standards and grant/regulatory compliance (990s, audits).
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and funders.
• Oversee grant and contract financial management and internal controls.
