Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and board on financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee accounting, GL, payroll, and audits.
• Ensure SOX compliance and external reporting.
• Manage annual external audits and SEC filings.
• Develop finance team capabilities.
