Pinnacle Search is partnering with a high-growth, global specialty products company to appoint a hands-on Chief Financial Officer.

In this role you will lead FP&A, pricing, and strategic decision-making, partnering with the CEO to translate financial insight into actionable recommendations.

You will shape product and channel strategy, manage working capital, and scale processes to drive growth and profitability across the business in Illinois.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in finance/FP&A with leadership experience in technical / specialty products.
• Strong commercial and pricing acumen, comfortable influencing product and channel strategy.
• Skilled at translating financial data into actionable recommendations and holding teams accountable.
• Hands-on, strategic, and process-oriented with experience modernizing systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function with an emphasis on FP&A, pricing, and strategic decision-making.

• Partner with leadership to optimize product portfolio, pricing, and channel strategies.
• Implement scalable processes and systems to improve financial insight and operational efficiency.
