Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a seasoned CFO to partner with the executive team on financial strategy, cash and working capital management, and long-term value creation. You will oversee FP&A, reporting, compliance, and capital strategy, including debt and equity, M&A diligence, and post-close integration.

The role requires a track record scaling finance operations in high-growth or M&A environments, strong communication with the board, and hands-on leadership to drive profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in high-growth/M&A environments.
• Proven track record scaling financial operations, teams, and systems.
• Experience with debt financing and capital provider relationships.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting M&A transactions and integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management at executive/board levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive team to develop and execute financial strategy and enterprise-wide plans.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Oversee financial reporting, audit, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Shape capital strategy including debt/equity and relationships with lenders.
• Drive M&A diligence, valuation, deal modeling, and post-close integration.
