Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Progressive financial leadership experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive decision support.
• Ability to lead teams and influence senior leaders across multiple units.
• Strong financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, and analysis.
• Experience with Unanet ERP and advanced financial modeling.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range financial planning and enterprise strategy aligned with SPG objectives.
• Provide timely financial insight and recommendations to executives.
• Partner with leadership to improve profitability and accountability across divisions.
• Own budgets, rolling forecasts, models, and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee contract financial performance, pricing, and risk management.
• Lead audits, external reviews, and relationships with accountants.
• Drive improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls.
