Job summary

The role covers planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, tax, compliance, and risk management across domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in finance/accounting or MBA, be a CPA, and have extensive experience as a financial executive.

Qualifications

• Master's degree mandatory; CPA required.
• Several years of experience as a financial executive and leader.
• Familiarity with accounting/spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and executive leadership to develop and implement the company's financial strategy and objectives.
• Lead acquisitions, integrations, capital investments, and expansions with decision support.
• Perform financial modeling, business analysis, and performance reviews for informed decisions.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury and signatory processes for effective financial operations.
• Direct accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting and compliance activities.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual financial reports for timely decisions.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant statements, consolidations, disclosures, and management reports across domestic and international operations.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization to support a growing multi-location manufacturing business.
