Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership during a transitional period in California.

This role partners with executive leadership to stabilize financial operations, drive performance, and support critical business initiatives. The Interim CFO will oversee all financial functions, guide the board on financial strategy, and mentor the finance team through potential mergers, system implementations, or restructuring

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and the board.
• Assess and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting structures.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Support audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and support the finance and accounting team.
• Assist with special projects such as mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, or restructuring initiatives.
