• Experience with private equity-backed organizations or PE sponsor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and PE sponsor to execute financial and operational strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
• Develop KPIs and financial metrics to drive profitability and value creation.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and HR to improve processes and margins.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and exit planning as needed.
