Job summary

A multi-entity transportation and logistics organization is seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO responsible for leading financial operations. The position involves driving financial strategy, optimizing costs, and managing compliance across the organization. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of financial leadership experience, strong P&L and cash flow management skills, and preferably industry experience. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance is required, while CPA and/or MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, cost control, and cash flow analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, reporting, and compliance.
• Manage asset and capital strategy, including cost optimization.
• Deliver financial insights to executive leadership and Board.
• Oversee financial systems, data integrity, and process automation.
• Build and lead high-performing teams (5-7 direct reports).
