Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a CFO to join as a high-impact executive leader in a hybrid Columbus, OH role. You will shape the company’s financial strategy, oversee planning and reporting, and partner with the CEO and executive team to drive growth.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of finance leadership, an MBA or CPA, and a proven track record building financial infrastructure within growing organizations, including M&A due diligence and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Lead capital structure decisions, financing strategy, and banking/investor relationships.
• Ensure integrity of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Build, mentor, and scale a finance and accounting organization.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and lead financial due diligence as needed.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other leaders to drive performance.
• Serve as a key financial voice in leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
