Job summary

Sitreps, a PE-backed, multi-branch portable sanitation platform, seeks a CFO to build and lead the finance function. The role reports to the CEO and partners with the PE sponsor and Board.

You will own financial strategy, planning, treasury, tax, risk, IS, and M&A integration across Corporate and branches. This is a senior leadership role focused on growth and acquisitions rather than day-to-day accounting.

The position is based in Portland, OR with partial remote work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• PE-backed multi-location finance leadership experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, integration, ERP and multi-state operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance across Corporate and branches with reporting responsibility.
• Own financial strategy, planning, and M&A integration.
• Develop branch-level financial reporting and KPIs.
• Oversee treasury, tax, insurance, and risk management.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and audit processes.
