Joy & Grace is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function across a multi-location, PE-backed organization. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates closely with the Board to drive enterprise value and scalable growth.

This is a remote role within the United States, with up to 25% travel for leadership meetings, reviews, and acquisitions. The CFO will shape forecasting, performance analytics, capital strategy, and long-range planning in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in a growth environment.
• Experience leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Strong experience with M&A evaluation, integration, and diligence.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms, reporting tools, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with CEO, Board, and ownership to define financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, scenario modeling, and KPI development.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, cash management, reporting, and compliance.
