Job summary

Sitreps is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to build and lead the finance function for a rapidly growing, PE-backed portable sanitation platform. The CFO will own financial strategy, reporting, treasury, tax, risk management, IT, and M&A integration across Corporate and branch locations.

The role requires establishing a scalable finance organization, driving budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with senior leaders to optimize profitability and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Prior experience as CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or equivalent senior finance leader at a PE-backed, multi-location business.
• Experience with acquisitions, integration, ERP and accounting systems, and multi-state operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capability, with the ability to translate financial results into actionable operating recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build the finance and accounting function for a rapidly growing organization.
• Own financial strategy, reporting, planning and forecasting, treasury and liquidity, tax oversight, insurance and risk, IT, and M&A integration.
• Lead a multi-branch finance organization with clear responsibilities across CFO and staff.
• Establish internal controls, policy development, and monthly close processes.
