Urrly, Inc. is seeking a finance leader to own the company’s finance function, from planning and reporting through accounting oversight and cash management. The role reports to the President & Co-Chairman and partners with the CEO, board, investors, and lenders to influence pricing, margins, and growth decisions.

You will build on an existing finance foundation including a fractional controller and audits, with the authority to turn financial analysis into actionable operating decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on FP&A, reporting, cash planning, and accounting oversight in an investor-backed software business.
• At least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 audit/assurance.
• At least 2 years in private equity, venture capital, or senior software/SaaS finance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong ability to explain financial results to executives, investors, lenders, and board members.

Responsabilités

• Own planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across the three statements.
• Translate revenue, margins, and customer economics into operating decisions with leadership.
• Partner on pricing, renewals, contracts, vendor negotiations, and P&L improvements.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly board, investor, lender reporting with clear narratives.
• Manage liquidity planning, debt facilities, covenant reporting, and strategic finance decisions.
