Job summary

Your Money Line (YML) in the United States is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead finance strategy, planning and investor relations. You will sit on the executive team, own budgeting, treasury, and financial operations while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings a track record of fundraising, strong analytics, and communication skills, with experience guiding a high-growth company through scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations and working with a Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance strategy and operations as part of the executive team.
• Own financial planning, budgeting, A/P, A/R, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Manage fundraising activities, investor relations, and due diligence coordination.
• Oversee relationships with external accounting, tax and advisory partners.
• Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly close and financial reporting for stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team as the company scales.
