Mars Incorporated’s Accelerator division is seeking a Senior Manager for Small Format Sales Finance to lead the financial strategy and partner with sales leaders. You will own strategic planning, build a high‑performing finance team, and streamline end‑to‑end processes to drive growth and profitability.

This role requires hands‑on modeling, data interpretation, and clear communication to influence business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Significant progressive experience in a finance role, preferably in CPG and sales finance.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning for the Small Format channel and define investment posture.
Act as the primary finance partner to Sales and Category teams, delivering visibility and data-driven recommendations.
Own financial modeling, special projects, and 'what-if' analyses to guide investments and targets.
Build and evolve end-to-end financial processes to improve efficiency and impact.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals (2 direct reports).
