ZipApply is representing a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer in the Atlanta, GA area. The CFO will partner with the CEO to drive enterprise financial strategy, evaluate acquisitions, oversee capital allocation, and expand the company’s captive insurance platform as the business scales nationally and internationally.

The role emphasizes strategic finance over accounting, with a focus on building value, leading multi-entity finance teams, and delivering executive-level reporting

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Big Four or national firm preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial strategy across multiple entities.
• Evaluate acquisitions and perform financial due diligence.
• Develop valuation models and structure transactions.
• Oversee capital allocation and treasury management.
• Build financial infrastructure for international growth and captive insurance.
