Aventure Staffing is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy across multiple entities. The role focuses on capital structure, financial health, and disciplined oversight to align with shareholders’ long-term vision.

The CFO will drive strategic planning, governance, and risk management, oversee monthly reporting, and mentor the finance team while partnering with executive leadership to maximize profitability and growth opportunities in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial leadership across multi-entity operations.
• Long-term planning with 3-, 5-, and 10-year models, multi-entity budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation.
• Financial reporting & oversight: timely, accurate monthly statements, variance analyses, and division-level reporting.
• Governance & controls: robust internal controls, SOPs, and compliance with legal, tax, and fiscal requirements.
• Business development & expansion: evaluate acquisitions and capital projects via written plans and risk assessments.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with division heads and executives to align profitability goals.
• Team leadership: mentor finance staff and promote a transparent, high-integrity culture.
